The legal warranty applies to all our items. Legal warranty means that a product is or does what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it.
If an item does not function properly within the legal warranty period, we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. For example: new item, free repairs or a refund.
If the problem with the item has occurred as a result of improper use, you have no right to compensation in any form.
If you are dissatisfied with an item, the item is not functioning as it should be or you have a complaint about our services, please contact us! Send an E-mail to email@example.com. E-mails will be processed and answered within two business days.
To handle a complaint best way possible, we ask you to provide your order number and item details. So please keep them at hand when you call or mention them in your E-mail. We will immediately look for a proper solution.
If you have a complaint within the legal warranty period, all costs will be covered by the World of Alps e-shop.
