If you have a question about an item, want advice about your size or if you experience payment problems, please contact us! For all your questions you can reach us via webshop@worldofalps.com. E-mails will be processed and answered within two business days.

 

Warranty:

The legal warranty applies to all our items. Legal warranty means that a product is or does what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it.

If an item does not function properly within the legal warranty period, we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. For example: new item, free repairs or a refund.

If the problem with the item has occurred as a result of improper use, you have no right to compensation in any form.

 

Complaints:

If you are dissatisfied with an item, the item is not functioning as it should be or you have a complaint about our services, please contact us! Send an E-mail to webshop@worldofalps.com. E-mails will be processed and answered within two business days.

To handle a complaint best way possible, we ask you to provide your order number and item details. So please keep them at hand when you call or mention them in your E-mail. We will immediately look for a proper solution.

If you have a complaint within the legal warranty period, all costs will be covered by the World of Alps e-shop.
